Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the JetGold Finland online store at 5element.ai/fi. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The seller is MYNTEQ TRADE OÜ, registration number 12949784, VAT number EE102029824, registered at Aia tn 5, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, with a local office at Mikonkatu 9, 00100 Helsinki, Finland ("JetGold", "we", "us").

2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in EUR. Investment gold is VAT-exempt under EU Directive 2006/112/EC. Other products include applicable VAT as shown at checkout. Prices are based on the current precious metals spot price and may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual coins and bars may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is considered confirmed once we receive full payment via bank transfer. This means the funds are credited to our account, typically within 1–2 business days for standard SEPA transfers.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 3 business days of placement.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are described on our Payment & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, private consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the trader cannot control and that may occur within the withdrawal period (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 16). This includes precious metals priced at the current spot rate.

If withdrawal applies to your order, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging at your expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Warranties and Authenticity

All products sold by JetGold are guaranteed authentic. Coins and bars are sourced directly from accredited mints and LBMA-certified refineries. If you believe you have received a non-authentic product, contact us immediately and we will arrange verification and a full refund if confirmed.

7. Complaints

If a product has a defect or does not match the description, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Complaints should be submitted in writing within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. We will inspect the product and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

JetGold is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or changes in market value after purchase. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Finnish consumer protection law for consumer transactions and Estonian law for other matters. Finnish consumers may submit disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board of Finland (kuluttajariitalautakunta, https://www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/). Alternatively, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
