Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made in the JETGOLD Belgium online store at /be. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The seller is MYNTEQ TRADE OÜ, registry code 12949784, VAT number EE102029824, registered address Aia tn 5, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia ("JETGOLD", "we").
2. Products and Prices
The sale of all products on our website is subject to availability. Prices are stated in euros (EUR). Investment gold is VAT-exempt under EU Directive 2006/112/EC. The price of other products includes applicable VAT, as indicated when placing the order. Prices are based on the current spot price of precious metals and are subject to change without prior notice until the order is confirmed.
Product images are illustrative. The actual appearance of coins and bars may vary slightly.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is deemed confirmed once we have received the full payment by bank transfer. This means that the funds have been credited to our account — generally within 1–2 business days in the case of a standard SEPA transfer.
You have 15 minutes from placing the order to pay for it at the locked price. If the order is not paid within 15 minutes, the order reservation is automatically cancelled.
4. Delivery
Delivery terms, deadlines, and costs are described on our "Payment and Delivery" page. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods at the specified address.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, private consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the trader cannot influence and which may occur during the withdrawal period (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(b), as transposed into the Law of Obligations Act). This includes precious metals whose price is formed on the basis of the current spot price.
If the right of withdrawal applies to your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days. The goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging, and the return costs are borne by you. We will refund the money within 14 days from receiving the returned goods.
6. Guarantees and Authenticity
The authenticity of all products sold by JETGOLD is guaranteed. We source coins and bars directly from accredited mints and LBMA-certified refineries. If you have reason to believe that you have received an inauthentic product, please contact us immediately — we will arrange an inspection and, upon confirmation, refund the full purchase amount.
7. Complaints
If a product has a defect or does not conform to the description, you have the right to submit a complaint under the Law of Obligations Act. The complaint must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We will inspect the product and offer repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
JETGOLD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit or changes in market value following the purchase. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. To resolve a dispute, a consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (https://ttja.ee/en). Alternatively, the dispute may be submitted for resolution to the courts of Harju County in Estonia.
