Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the JetGold UAE online store at 5element.ai/ae and at our Dubai showroom. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The seller is JETGOLD FZCO, DMCC license number DMCC202757, registered at Almas Tower, Unit Almas 49-A15, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE ("JetGold", "we", "us").
2. Products and Pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in AED and are based on the current precious metals spot price. Prices may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
Investment gold is exempt from VAT in the UAE. Other products may be subject to applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual coins and bars may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is considered confirmed once we receive full payment. For bank transfers, this means the funds are credited to our account. For cash payments, confirmation is immediate upon receipt at our showroom.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 3 business days of placement.
4. Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are described on our Payment & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address or pickup at our showroom.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of precious metals pricing, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received does not match the order
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is not authentic
Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods by contacting us at info@jetgold.ae. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Refunds are issued once the returned goods are inspected and verified.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Cancellation after dispatch is treated as a return.
6. Warranties and Authenticity
All products sold by JetGold are guaranteed authentic. Coins and bars are sourced directly from accredited mints and LBMA-certified refineries. If you believe you have received a non-authentic product, contact us immediately and we will arrange verification and a full refund if confirmed.
7. Know Your Customer (KYC)
In compliance with UAE AML regulations and DMCC requirements, we may request identification documents for certain transactions. This may include a valid Emirates ID, passport, or proof of address.
8. Limitation of Liability
JetGold is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or changes in market value after purchase. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the DMCC Free Zone. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to the DMCC Dispute Resolution Authority or the courts of Dubai.
